With an impressive 25 years of consulting in Project Management within New Zealand, Joseph has curated an adaptable approach to understanding and managing an expansive range of projects across eight industry sectors. A recognized Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and IC Agile certified practitioner, Joseph is well versed in leading large technical teams and driving successful international programmes such as the 2011 Rugby World Cup and 2011 London Olympics.

His mantra is straightforward: find what works, fix what doesn't. This ethos, backed by a proven track record of delivering results and guiding organizations through complex transformations, sets him apart in his field. His passion lies in doing the right thing and remedying issues, not glossing over them, with a particular acuity for managing and mitigating risks.

Joseph’s contributions to project management have been recognized with the PMINZ Presidents Award for outstanding contribution to PMINZ in early 2000. Additionally, he shares his expertise as a guest lecturer on project management topics at various universities in Auckland, offering the next generation insights into this dynamic field.
